At this stage my vote is for Californication, sex and the city was breaking some new ground at the time but I Californication raises the bar just that bit higher. The other stand out that we did not see enough of was “Weeds” – What a great show that was! Even without the sexual themes of the other two it was a great show, I hope they bring it back soon.

David Duchovny puts the X Files a long way behind him with his performace in the show. Of course if sex in real life was this easy and this often then guys would never find the time to do much else, the sex in the show is not over the top and I guess you would class it as softcore, its not a show for the uner 18 age bracket. If you have not seen Californication yet make sure you take in a couple of episodes, at the very least it’s entertaining TV. Don’t be a prude and enjoy.
